Tourist information, pictures, and hotels for Bregenz, Austria

Bregenz Bregenz - The Capital of Voralberg Province
Bregenz is located on Bodensee (Lake Constance), and it is one of the most beautiful cities of Austria, thanks to its 200 years of history. Several festivals and events take place in the city during the year. The most important one is the Bregenz Festival, with its operas and plays, taking place on a stage located on the lake.

If you are looking for active recreation, you can choose mountain biking, water sports and tennis. There is a great view of the surrounding mountains and cities from the Pfänder. Ship cruises (half-day and full-day) to the nearby island-cities are available from the central dock.
